Good evening everyone,

Whilst we work hard to ensure all your websites, applications, data and personal information is kept secure and in-line with the General Data Protection Act 2016/679 there are some things you must do to help us!

We would like to take this time to quickly remind you about your responsibilities as a website owner to ensure the best levels of security.

  • Please use passwords safely. You can check the strength of a password here (https://random-ize.com/how-long-to-hack-pass/) and please do not use a password you use on another site. If you want to ensure you're super safe we'd also advise you to use LastPass (https://www.lastpass.com) completely free.
  • Actively scan your computer and have appropriate software available to assist with this. We personally use ESET NOD32 (https://www.eset.com/us/home/antivirus/) and Malwarebytes (https://www.malwarebytes.com) and would highly recommend them.
  • If a machine connected to your server, or you have logged into a server from an infected machine is identified, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US - the faster you do this the faster we can secure you.

If you require help or advice with anything here, please speak to a member of our team.

We're offering free advice and support to our clients to ensure better password and computer safety. It's better to act now and have piece of mind.

If you are a client and want advice, support, and assistance installing or setting up any of these services give us a call on:
